Sometimes God prompts us to do things that we would have NEVER dreamed that we would be doing, He knows our future before we do.
My purpose is to help women to FEEL confident, BE stronger physically and EQUIP women to fuel their bodies the healthy way!
I do this by offering Fitness Classes for ALL levels and Nutrition Coaching.
Here’s a little background on me:
In 2012, I went through a major hip surgery for a labral tear. I thought that I would never be able to walk completely again or even workout on “land” again.
As part of my healing I took water aerobic classes. I fell in love with working out in the water.
Then decided to get certified to teach water aerobics. Fast forward to a few years later…
I then decided to “try” a barre class and see if my hip could handle it. Again, fell in love and decided to get certified in Group Fitness and Barre.
Later I decided to add Pilates, PiYo, Turbo Kick, Warrior Rhythm, and Barre to my list of certifications. I LOVE teaching fitness can you tell! I also LOVE helping others find the exercise that they enjoy and will want to continue. I know that every workout ISN’T for every woman! So, I offer a variety of options so that every member of my gym can take the class they will work best for their bodies.
I know working out alone is NOT the answer to being in your best health! I know that Nutrition is KEY to overall success in your health. In the fast paced world that we live in, it’s easy to make quick food choices that can have long term effects on our health. So, in 2021 I decided to add Nutrition Coaching to my certification list and this will allow me to HELP women and also EMPOWER women to take their health back!
This journey has had many bumps in the road with my personal life but it also has led me to the beautiful life that I have now~
